Pricing and Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Discounts, Promotions and Free Shipping

Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
Free shipping offers do not apply in conjunction with discount codes, sale items, or promotional pricing unless clearly stated at checkout. Where a discount is applied, standard shipping charges will apply.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where promotions have been misused or applied incorrectly.
Checkout Price Agreement
The final price shown at checkout, including any discounts and delivery charges, is the total price payable for your order.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the final checkout price.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot amend pricing, apply additional discounts, or remove delivery charges.
Orders Placed via TikTok Shop
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are processed under the same Terms and Conditions as orders placed directly through our website.
Pricing, discounts, and delivery charges shown at the time of checkout on TikTok Shop are final and agreed upon once the order is completed.
We are unable to amend or apply additional discounts to TikTok Shop orders after checkout.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected misuse of promotions. If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, peak trading periods, or customs processing.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout may result in delays or additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can investigate.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued where a genuine fault or error has occurred and has been verified by us.
Allergens and Product Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to milk, nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, and eggs.
While we take care to provide accurate ingredient information, we cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens due to shared handling and packaging environments.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements are responsible for reviewing product information before purchase.
